Article 1: Registration and processing of personal data
The ability to make purchases on Sumac can require creating an account on the www.sumac.ae website. The client determines a user name and a personal password. Only clients can access these information and modify them at any time by visiting their personal account
The customer’s delivery address must necessarily be located in Dubai and Sharjah.
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the data transmitted to Sumac, whom cannot be held responsible for any errors or inaccuracies.
By registering with Sumac, the client agrees to receive information from Sumac via different communication channels (email, mail, SMS, phone). Customers may withdraw this authorization at any time by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
Sumac discloses personal data to third parties only insofar as they are essential to the execution of the order or payment (eg. Data transmission to Stripe). Customers’ information is treated with confidentiality.
By commenting on Sumac’s products and services on a website or on any social networks and media, the customer irrevocably authorizes Sumac to share that content on its website or other advertising media support.
Article 2: Orders
By purchasing an order on our website, all customers accept our terms and conditions.
Products ordered by mistake are not reimbursed by Sumac and can not be returned.
In case there is a problem with the order received (difference of quantity, product or quality), the customer must notify Sumac within a maximum of 24 hours so that it can be rectified accordingly.
Sumac has the right to limit the number of orders.
Article 3: Payments
The customer pays online using one of the methods available on our website. The final bill will be available in the customer online personal account no later than the business day following the delivery of the order.
Article 4: Delivery
We deliver everywhere in Dubai and Sharjah only.
Delivery is free for any order above AED150 AED. For orders 150 AED or less, we charge a 10 AED delivery fee.
We deliver Old is Gold and Fusion Bags every day between 11:00 AM and 5 PM, except for Friday.
We deliver Festive bags only on Saturdays and Sundays between 11:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
You can place your order anytime, day or night. You can also place multiple orders at the same time. However, at least two days in advance. As we aim to avoid food waste and ensure freshness, this short 2-day period is needed for us to source all our fresh ingredients in the right quantities.
The respect of the cold chain is ensured all the way to your door! However, we only guarantee the freshness of the ingredients until your delivery and recommend that you refrigerate all protein, dairy, fruits and vegetables after receiving your order. All the ingredients delivered to you must be used within 24 hours to guarantee freshness. This is particularly imperative for cleaned and chopped products.

Sumac cannot guarantee the accuracy, precision or completeness of the information provided on this site. The photos are not contractual.
Sumac reserves the right to revise and amend these terms and conditions from time to time to reflect changes in market conditions affecting its operations, changes in technology, changes in payment methods, or changes in laws and regulations. The customer is subject to the conditions in effect at the time the order is placed unless a change to these terms and conditions should intervene by law (in this case the change will be deemed applied to orders already placed by the customer) or if Sumac changes these conditions and inform the customer before the confirmation of the order (in this case, Sumac assumes that the client has accepted the modification of terms and conditions, unless he informed Sumac of the contrary within seven working days after receiving the order).
In the event of disagreement or dispute, the customer agrees to cooperate in mediation before initiating any legal proceedings
