DELIVERY POLICY AND INSTRUCTIONS
- We deliver everywhere in the UAE
- Delivery is free for any order above AED150. For orders AED150 or less, we charge a 10 AED delivery fee.
- You can place your order anytime, day or night. You can also place multiple orders at the same time. However, at least two days in advance. As we aim to avoid food waste and ensure freshness, this short 2-day period is needed for us to source all our fresh ingredients in the right quantities.
- The respect of the cold chain is ensured all the way to your door! However, we only guarantee the freshness of the ingredients until your delivery and recommend that you refrigerate all protein, dairy, fruits and vegetables after receiving your order. All the ingredients delivered to you must be used within 24 hours to guarantee freshness. This is particularly imperative for cleaned and chopped products.
